Many businesses and government agencies consider MOX among the best procurement consultants in New Zealand because of our proven ability to deliver results across both private and public sectors. Question 2

How can NZ suppliers win government tenders?

Accepted Answer

Winning a government tender in New Zealand requires more than just filling out the forms. It's about presenting a clear value story, demonstrating capability, and aligning with procurement expectations. MOX helps suppliers at every stage — refining their strategy, enhancing bid documents, and positioning their offers competitively. With insider expertise from working on the buyer side, we know exactly how to help suppliers stand out and succeed.

Question 3

What is contract management support?

Accepted Answer

Contract management support means helping organisations get the most out of their supplier agreements — not just ticking compliance boxes. At MOX, we design contracts to be clear and fit-for-purpose, then actively monitor supplier performance, costs, and outcomes. Our approach prevents disputes before they occur, ensures delivery is on time and on budget, and creates stronger, longer-lasting supplier relationships for our clients.

Question 4

What does procurement strategy and transformation involve?

Accepted Answer

Procurement strategy and transformation is about making procurement faster, smarter, and more resilient. It includes redesigning policies and processes, introducing practical systems, and helping teams work more efficiently. At MOX, we deliver transformations that save money, improve supplier performance, and reduce risk — all while keeping governance clean and transparent. The result is a procurement function that adds real value to the organisation, not just paperwork.

Question 5

What industries does MOX work across?

Accepted Answer

MOX are true generalists — we have successfully delivered procurement projects across infrastructure, digital/ICT, professional services, goods, long-term contracts, international agreements, and logistics.
