    MOX® is a New Zealand-based procurement and contract management consultancy. We've been shaping organisations to achieve stronger, more durable commercial outcomes since 2022, drawing on more than 20 years' international experience.

    We're generalists by design — able to work across any procurement category with the same level of care and attention, including infrastructure, ICT, services, goods, international agreements. If it needs buying or managing, we've done it.

    Nikki brings a practical, outcome-focused approach to every engagement — translating complexity into clear decisions and forward momentum. If something needs improving, she'll find the most optimal path to getting it done.

    Co-founder & CTO

    Paul brings deep expertise in procurement contract management, and commercial strategy across complex, high-value programmes.

    Paul has created MOX®'s contract templates and tools — designed to be understood by everyone, not just lawyers — so agreements work in practice, not just on paper.
